D&AD Shift is helping creatives break into the advertising and design industry. It's a direct response to the challenges faced by self-taught creatives from under-represented backgrounds. It's also a call to the creative industry to shift its perception of finding and recruiting the next generation of talent. Our Shifters make important contacts, tackle briefs from industry partners and hone their creative skills as they prepare to take the next step in their careers.
